The biggest advantage of these credit cards is that they are easily available to people having bad credit history and even to jobless people.

Disadvantages of credit cards:

You need to pay a flat rate to open an account and there is an annual fee to keep your account active. It is also very important to choose a good plan that suits your needs otherwise you may get under a lot of debt that may be due to hidden charges. There is also a transaction fee that is charged each time you use the card for the payment. So, be wise and be careful while using the credit cards. Not every issuer of the credit cad reports to the credit bureaus. You need to make it sure, that your issuer is reporting to them timely, so that you can build your credit history.
