Bad Credit Credit Cards: Major Disadvantages
Having a bad credit makes it very tough to get a credit card. Credit card companies often teat people with bad credit as high on risk cases. The credit card companies greet these risk people with the following:
Very High ARP: high ARP is generally attracted by the bad credit. This can however be lowered using a high value collateral, bank account linked to credit card etc. unsecured poor credit will result in high ARP and lower credit limit.
Huge Annual Fees: the bad credit holders have to pay huge amount of charges termed as annual fees. The company considers the bad credit holders as risky.
